50g Basil seeds have a long history of use in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. These nutrient-dense seeds naturally expand in water to form a jelly-like texture, making them a fun and functional addition to smoothies, chia-style puddings, or even drinks. Great with yoghurts, salads or any food.

Basil seeds are a good source of vitamins A, E, B, and K, as well as calcium, iron, and phosphorous.

How to Use:
