Approx 500g Delicious Venison caught and butchered by Nigel and Chris, who are local land conservation experts. The pair are  passionate about the woodlands, where they manage deer, pheasant, partridge, pigeon and rabbits  where they roam and forage wildly.

Enjoy Diced  (Haunch)Venison or Minced (Ground) Venison.

Comes frozen. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted,do not re-freeze.
